You will be able to easily ferment any vegetable you want so that you have unique side dishes for every meal. When eaten with meals, they will help you digest your meals better with live probiotics and enhance the nutrient benefits of your foods. You can ferment any vegetable, whether from your garden, extra vegetables in your kitchen that would otherwise go to waste, or just to try something new to get creative. There are no limits to what you can create.

You will learn resources for how to get your SCOBY’s (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). Once you have your SCOBY, you never need to buy a new one, they regenerate batch after batch.
